Nishant, with over 20 years of strong experience in Strategy, Marketing, communications and Sales, headed respective roles in Many organizations. He has worked with Voltas Ltd., Ion Exchange India Ltd., Calderys and demonstrated enhanced brand equity through powerful strategies, Business process Re-engineering, innovation in CRM, key account management for domestic as well as for international Markets.

He is a management graduate from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has successfully formulated and implemented blue ocean strategy in many organizations. Designing Innovative and effective corporate marketing plans including Digital Marketing, Ads/Articles/exhibition and response measurement, ATL and BTL activities has always remained to be his area of interest.

Nishant is passionate about Market research be it primary or secondary, developing new SBUs and Budgeting for them. He is quite effective in identifying gaps in the product/service basket, identifying new markets and establishing the product and eventually a brand.

Theory of constrains (TOC), is another area Nishant is passionate about. Over the period, he has worked to identify and shift bottle necks from various other functions and departments to his core, which is Marketing, Communications and sales.

Nishant’s success has also demonstrated through betterment of market share.

He have implemented concept of various novel marketing initiatives and also devised novel revenue generation and measuring techniques for various marketing activities.

Nishant have thorough knowledge of Engineering in various fields and equipments and is leading small to big size team and motivating them to achieve short term as well as long term organizational as well as personal goals.

A nature lover, travel freak, passionate photographer, athlete and a marathoner as well resides in him.

Sachin Karle has over 23 years of work experience in advertising industry. Before co-founding KitesUnited, he has worked with global groups like Interpublic Group, WPP, Publicis Groupe and various mid-sized agencies. As the former National Creative Director of MSL Publicis India, Sachin was heading the integrated team of Creative and Social Hive. Having been a hardcore adman all his life, becoming a big part of a truly integrated communications firm has been quite a novel experience for him.

His approach has always been to leverage Creative, PR, Social and Digital and Events to create a unified communication idea that works across media. Principally responsible for key clients in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bangalore Sachin also partnered with global teams on transnational accounts and projects. He has worked on campaigns across categories like Automobiles, FMCG, Fashion, Finance, Telecom, Tourism, Lifestyle, Healthcare, IT and Media.

He has worked for clients like SONY, Airtel, Reliance Telecom, Times Of India, Cadbury’s, Unilever, ITC, Amul, Conagra Foods, Mahindra Group, HSBC, ICICI, Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Future Group, Aditya Birla Group, Ultratech Cement, Blue Star ACs, Voltas, British Airways, FIAT, Tata Motors, Castrol, TCS, Discovery TLC, Star TV and Sony Pix. He has been a part of the International Jury at the CLIO Awards 2015. When he is away from the advertising world, he keeps himself busy with other passionate interests such as photography, illustration and films

Vinay Kulkarni has been around in the Advertising industry for the past 17 years. He has got a great experience in business development and client engagement. Coming from commerce background and working with a bank initially, his passion for creativity and advertising made him quit the regular 9 to 6 job. Without any formal education in advertising he jumped into the communications industry.

Since then he has worked with various mid–sized agencies in all the departments like creative, finance and client servicing. After working for 5-6 years in a small setup, he joined Inova Multimedia Consultant a Mid size agency, where he got an opportunity to work as a promoter. He revamped the agency from agro based agency to main line agency. In just couple of years Innova bagged accounts like Godrej Interio, Godrej Locks and Godrej Prima Division, Thane Janata Co. Op Bank, DNS Bank to name a few. Here, apart from adding new business he overtook many other responsibilities like HR, Accounts and finance, which has given him overall experience of running a full service agency.

In 2009, he started his own venture called Brand Salon Advertising. He added many prestigious brands to the agency portfolio. Besides BFSI sector he has handled advertising work for sectors like Education, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate and Infrastructure, IT and Electronics. Decoding the client brief, understanding the exact requirement and providing the right solution with fastest turn around time are his strengths.

Mr. Hemant Shantaram Patil

Hemant has 20 plus years of work experience with large & multinational industries in domestic and worldwide markets. He has contributed in Sales and TOC implementations in TATA Steel, Structo Hydraulics AB, Sweden, Electrosteel Steels Ltd. and Calderys Refractories India Ltd. And Swastik Pipes ltd. This has successfully contributed to the bottom-line of the organizations.

Since the beginning of his career Hemant has successfully implemented ‘Influencer Management’ marketing initiatives. Introduction of imported “Anchor Fastener technology” in India for fixing ‘Mobile telephone towers’ by ‘Reliance’. This marked highlight in his 2 year tenure with ‘Fisher Fixings GMBH’.
In 2002, Hemant joined Tata Steel Ltd. He implemented ‘Influencer Management’ program with ‘Architects and Structural Engineers’ in Gujarat to contribute 50% of Nation’s sale (by volume) for ‘Structura’ of TATA Steel. Structura marked successful replacement of conventional ‘Structural concrete’ by ‘Structure Steel’ in Cold Storages in Gujarat.

Further, he implemented ‘Retail Value Management (RVM)’ program in Gujarat to streamline the ‘value retention and enhancement’ in distribution channel for Tubes Division. He implemented ‘First TOC SFS Replenishment’ offer in Gujarat for Tubes division of TATA Steel. His subsequent projects include ‘Rapid Response’ offers for Boiler Steel tubes, ‘Build and Capitalize’ for Flat products of Tata Steel, ‘95% & above availability’ offer. This fetched additional TOC premium for supply lead time lower than industry best.

In 2009 he worked as Head Sales, North, Tata Steel Ltd. This marked successful launch of Steel (Flat Product) ‘Service center’ by any Distributor in India with ACE + certification. This project was completed on time from Brown field till ACE + certification within 2 years. From 2012 Hemant re-structured Structo Hydraulics AB, Sweden to attain ‘100% availability’ and ‘Rapid Response availability’ for Caterpillar (US & global purchase) and Volvo (Sweden, Europe & global purchase) to attain a preferred supplier status. Hemant has an experience working Domestic MNCs, as well as global industries outside India.

He has worked with Bosch, Fischer Fixings GMBH, TATA Steel Ltd. starting as a “Sales Manager” attaining a position of ‘Head Sales North’ for flat projects.With his ‘Leadership and entrepreneurship’ qualities, he attained a position of ‘Managing Director’ for Structo Hydraulics AB. Along with this; he was officiating positions as ‘Director’ for ISMT Europe & ‘Director’ ISMT UK. He attained this at a very young age of 37 years. By virtue of this experience, he understands organizational & financial management at a grass root level with a bird’s eye view of its effect on the whole organization and its performance. In 2014, Hemant became a full-time employee of a leading consulting MNC firm. He has successfully handled engineering-based project with ‘Ashok Piramal Group’, service industry related ‘Strategy design and implementation’ project with ‘Aegon Religare Life Insurance’ and Marketing and Sales strategy designing and implementation for Electrosteel Steels Ltd.

In 2016, Hemant became VP Iron and Steel (+Foundry) for Calderys Refractory India, a France based firm in India. He is handling all integrated steel plants as customers for technology and material ‘supply and apply’ of world class refractory in India. This contributes to 50% in company’s topline. Since Hemant has taken over the role, he has been able to grow the performance of department significantly within 3 months on bottom-line performance as well. Important strategic initiatives taken by him made him earn 70% bonus in his first 6 months. Currently, Hemant is a ‘Business Management Consultant’. The key responsibility is to design, develop and implement TOC based turnaround strategy for organizations and to get the organizations on an ever-growing path.

Hemant is a Production Engineer from K.K. Wagh collage of engineering, Nashik, Pune University, year 1996. He completed his management graduation form IMRT, Nashik, Pune University in Marketing & Sales.
